ABOUT PARKER ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT
LEADERSHIP BUILT AROUND BETTER COMMUNITIES
Janette Parker brings 14 years of leadership experience in community association management, working with established homeowner-controlled associations, developing communities, Boards of Directors, homeowners, community managers, and regional leaders throughout the Carolinas.
Her experience includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of a broad portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations, supervising approximately 20 community managers and two regional leaders, supporting Boards with financial and operational decisions, guiding communities through complex challenges, and helping associations establish stronger systems and service standards.
Janette also built and led a developer-services division that grew to approximately 100 communities. In that role, she supported developers and builders from the early stages of community development through buildout and transition to homeowner control, achieving an approximately 90 percent retention rate following transition.
Before entering the community association management industry, Janette held regional leadership positions in builder-related finance. That experience strengthened her understanding of financial accountability, organizational leadership, development lifecycles, and the importance of disciplined operations.
As Founder and CEO, Janette provides Parker’s executive leadership and strategic direction. She is committed to ensuring that Parker’s team has the systems, resources, and service standards necessary to provide Boards, developers, and homeowners with responsive communication, dependable support, and consistent accountability.

Meeting preparation, action-item follow-through, policy implementation, governance support, and practical recommendations to help Boards lead effectively.
